When you place an order, it is sent to us
via email from the credit card handler. When
we receive it, we forward your order to the
warehouse/distributor and if it gets there
before 3:00 pm, it will get shipped that
day. Otherwise it will go out the next day,
unless it's Saturday or Sunday. Then it goes
out the following Monday.
As soon as we receive the tracking information,
we send an email to you with a link in it
to the tracking page on UPS or Fedex, whichever
is used.
UPS and Fedex cannot ship to
a Post Office
box. We will require a physical
address to
ship to.
The prices you see on this website are the
final prices. Shipping, handling and taxes(if
applicable) are included in the price you
see to anywhere in the USA except for sale
items and "Special" pricing when
"Shipping Included" are not seen
on the item.
The following is mostly just
the same thing
my distributors have as their
policy. I have
changed the names, to reflect
MY business
here, and made a couple of things
simpler.
Still, it may sound complicated,
but basically,
it's just common sense stuff
you should expect.
Sales and Terms
- Terms of sale: Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover/e-Checks/Checks
and MONEY!
- Returned check fee: $25.00.
- Placing an order indicates acceptance of
all the terms and policies stated herein.
Shipping and Back-orders
- Once any shipment is released to carrier,
any damages become the responsibility of
that carrier. All claims must be made by
the customer directly with freight carrier
and should be reported as soon as possible.
- All in-stock items are shipped at time of
order. An order of an out-of-stock items
will result in a cancellation of the credit
card transaction and you will be notified
of this. You have the option of back-ordering
the product or looking elsewhere.
- Before back-ordered items are shipped, we
will call for release authorization.
- Back-ordered items are shipped at prices
in effect when the item was ordered or current
selling price, whichever is lower.
- DVDPlayersOnly.com may, at its discretion,
substitute similar items of equal or greater
value for merchandise on back-order.
- Freight/insurance costs (if applicable) will
be added to invoice total, and you will see
that charge when you order the item.
- All freight charges are subject to dimensional/oversize
carrier weight regulations.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges
for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
- Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restock
fee.
- Orders outside the mainland USA may be subjected
to an extra charge to handle the extra shipping
cost. This is because the markup on our products
is so darned small, we can't absorb the extra
cost of shipping to Canada, the Virgin Islands,
and Puerto Rico. If you are in a country
other than USA or Canada... forget it. We
won't accept any order outside the USA and
Canada. I'm sorry. There's just too many
scammers out there in Nigeria and the UK
and others that are stealing credit card
info. More than is happening in the USA,
believe it or not.
Merchandise Returns
- All sales are final. If it's what you ordered, it's yours.
- Defective returns are for replacement or
merchandise credit only.
- Defective returns are eligible for return
only within 30 days of sale to the retail
consumer. After 30 days, the consumer must
return the product to the manufacturer's
authorized warranty station for warranty
repair. Under any circumstance, defective
returns will not be accepted after 180 days
from Ramsower Enterprises invoice date or
within 30 days of retail sale, whichever
is shorter.
- A copy of the invoice and retail consumer
invoice/receipt must be included with all
defective returns. All items must be returned
complete and with all original parts/documentation;
any missing parts will be deducted from amount
credited. Incomplete returns will incur a
20% manufacturer/refurbishing fee.
- Returns will be credited at the price paid,
(less any restocking fee).
- No returns will be accepted by Ramsower Enterprises
after 180 days from the invoice, for any
reason.
- Non-defective product may be returned at
Ramsower Enterprise's discretion and will
be credited at the current selling price
less a 20% restocking fee.
- Non-defective returns will only be accepted
for items featured for sale in DVDPlayersOnly.com.
- A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must
obtained from Ramsower Enterprises prior
to the return of any merchandise. Product
returned without a R.A. number will be returned
to you at the your expense.
- RA numbers are valid for a period of thirty
(30) days only. If you fail to return merchandise
within 30 days, a new RA number must be issued.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid
and double boxed with the R.A. number displayed
on the exterior of the package.
- Ramsower Enterprises is a retailer for the
items in DVDPlayersOnly.com These items are
sold with the intention of use by the consumer.
Items designed for consumer use but used
commercially are not eligible for return.
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.
- Credit will not be issued until we have received
and examined the returned merchandise.
- Items showing installer or consumer abuse
will not be accepted.
Damage/Loss
- All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed
with delivering carrier within 15 days of
receipt. We cannot file this for you.
- Save all boxes & packing material!
- All claims for shortages/mis-shipments/mis-billings
must be made within 10 days of receipt.
