DVD Player

What if my TV doesn't have connections for a DVD player?

All our products are brand new in the manufacture's original, unopened box.
Inside the box you will find the owner's manual, warranty registration card and
any other supplemental sheets, booklets, etc.
Also included will be any accessories stated on the website such as cables, remote controls and other hardware.

When you recieve your order, open it and inspect it for damage. If there is damage, report it to the shipper, as they will be responsible for the shipping damage.
For what it's worth, this hasn't occured in the five years I've been doing this.....yet.

After you have successfully installed your new purchase, fill out the warranty registration card and send it in. This is important because sometimes you may not be able to get it repaired under warranty if it wasn't registered.
Save all the paperwork that came with your unit. The information you will need to find out how to get it repaired (in case the equipment fails) is in that stuff.

Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days of sale to the retail consumer. After 30 days, the consumer must return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty station for warranty repair.
Manufacture warranty is valid and is applicable to the specific product you purchased.
